Very Rapid Deployment of Army Forces

Background: Recently, the Chief of Staff , Army (CSA) decided that the Army’s responsiveness to smaller scale contingencies was too slow, due to the size and weight of responding units. He proposed a new type of unit that is smaller and lighter. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the actual responsiveness of these units and to examine some potential ways these units can be used and deployed.

Requirement:

Using the data1 and data2 and information given, evaluate the various courses of action with respect to effectiveness.

Make a recommendation to the CSA regarding which course of action should be implemented.

Prepare a briefing that explains the output of your study, and makes the recommendation.
