• 8:45-9:00am  Dispersion to presentation rooms (6 rooms; 4 teams per room), Robinson Hall B
• 9:00-11:00am Round I – 24 teams (15min presentations), Robinson Hall B
• 11:00-11:45 a.m. Lunch break: Winners from Round I announced. Coaches lunch in JC Assembly Room F
• 11:45-1:45pm Round II – 6 teams (15 min presentations) Robinson Hall B
• 1:45-2:00pm   Refreshment Break, Dewberry Hall
• 2:00-2:45pm   Round III – 2 teams (20 min presentations), Dewberry Hall
• 2:45-3:00pm   Judges Comments & Winners Announced, Dewberry Hall
