During 2003-2004 I expanded and updated the content of the CIP Guidebook on the CIP Web site. Some of the ideas developed in that revision had their origins in my experiences co-teaching with Mittie Quinn. The Guidebook is definitely stronger because of their carefull reading of it and their thoughtful suggestions for improvement.
