Once you have chosen a cultural puzzlement (Step 1) and summarized what you already know about the student(s) and context (Step 2), you may want to use external resources to help you:

• Choose an appropriate cultural question (Step 3)
• Gather and analyze relevant information (Step 4)
• Develop intervention strategies (Step 5)
• Monitor results and draw conclusions (Step 6)

For each of these steps, you need to locate appropriate resources, read these with a puzzlement in mind, and decide how to integrate the resources to support your decisions. Use the above links to develop a plan for using resources in each of these steps for your study.
