This option allows you to open a rich-text format (.rtf) file in your word processor. Depending on the configuration of your computer and the version of your browser, clicking on the link should launch your default application for .rtf files--probably your word processor. Once the document is displayed, you can edit and save it as you would any other document. When finished, simply use your browser's back button or close the window to return to the CIP Word Processing Tools page.

Note: If your browser tells you that you need a plug-in, try to select the option to save the file to disk instead. You will then have to open it later directly from your word processor.
