Kaleidoscope

1. A tubular viewing device, containing two plane mirrors and multiple fragments of colored glass or paper. These produce symmetrical patterns, which shift when the instrument is turned 2. Something which is continually changing Welcome to The Kaleidoscope. As I reflected upon what I had learned in Conflict 730, Conflict and Structures, As I turned the colored fragments of theories and ideas over and over in my mind They made shifting patterns, one thought touching another in brief coherence Then tumbling past, to form a new pattern with other thoughts In infinite richness and variety I invite you to share the experience with me. The Kaleidoscope is a hypertext, composed of almost 100 small thoughts: pieces of theory, my reflections on the theory, and a few journal entries. These pieces are linked together, as one theorist reminded me of another. There are also thoughts that are linked together according to a keyword. To explore The Kaleidoscope linearly, or to see what areas you have explored and what remains to be explored, link to the List section of The Kaleidoscope. To explore The Kaleidoscope by keyword, link to The Chamber of Colors. You may, of course, wander off a preset path anytime to explore other links on the page you are reading, if they seem interesting. Be aware: a path that links one way may not link back the other way.
