Client Needs

The client currently has an information system that is traditional in that terminals are available in each office and they are connected to a central mainframe computer.

The goal is to take advantage of the Internet and the World Wide Web technology to allow customers and EU-Rent employees to interact with the system via the Internet, using web browsers, web-enabled phones, and Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs).

Group Task

Your group's task will be to re-engineer the EU-Rent's business processes and rules to make it an e-business.
