• The Decision Table for Problem 9.13 is posted here.  
  
  The top table shows the 128 possible rules, and the bottom table shows the reduced set of rules obtained by examining the patterns (see colors) and replacing Y and N with "-" denoting a Don't Care condition.  This indicates that we do not care what the value for that condition is, because it does not play a role in the final decision for that rule.
  
  Please see if you can reduce the set of rules further by finding more Don't Care terms.
