Presentation Guidelines
  • No more than ten minutes per presentation, NOT student.
  • If you read or present everything on the web page, everyone will fall asleep.
  • Think of a dynamic way to present your research
  • Find a "hook" that will get your audience interested in why they should listen   to you.
  • What was the research question that motivated your quest to learn more about this subject and share it.
  • Why should your audience bother listening to you, visiting your project, and caring about the subject.
CONTENT CHOICES
  • What avenues of research did you choose to follow and why?
  • Who are the leading scholars what are the leading publications in this field and how did you use them in your research?
DESIGN CHOICES:
  • Discuss your design choices and how they enhance the presentation of your research and suit your audience and purpose?
  • What are two major things you learned about the subject?
  • What unexpected learning occurred?
  • How did the project (think of the many dimensions of your learning)  enhance your competency skills?
  • What did you learn about collaboration?
