  • What is the form (professional,  personal Web page, article in an ezine, MP3 audio file, graphic, etc.?)
  • Give complete citation information, including URLs (Web addresses, and the date you found them.
  • What are the major elements? Describe the form and the elements in detail (hypertext, text only, video, color  graphics, etc)
III. Compare and and contrast the digital "texts"
  • What elements do they have in common?
  • What elements differentiate them?
IV. Make some conclusions about your findings.  Feel free to include any unexpected  conclusions that came to you.

Possible things to look at:

  • Are the forms necessarily distinct, or are there elements from each type of  "text" that can be embedded in the other "texts"?
  • Does any one form seem more suited to the subject than another, in your opinion, at least in the case of these 3 samples?
  • Did anyone form appeal to you more than another?  Why?  Why not?
V. How does this assignment relate to the NCC competencies?  You can pick more than one competency. Be specific in your response.
