This paper should be around 850-900
words (let's officially say at least
750 and no more than 1000) and should be written directly to me.
(You may even address it to me if you want.) Clearly and
concisely "talk your way through" the process of adapting your
recommendation report into the form of a Power Point
presentation. Focus on the decisions you made, why you made those
decisions, and even, perhaps, how you made those decisions. How
did the change of purpose and audience figure into your choices?
How did the class discussion of Power Point as a communications tool
figure into your choices? The more you focus on yourself thinking
as a writer--someone who had to adjust to two different writing
situations--the closer you'll be to the letter and spirit of
this
assignment.
You don't have to write this paper
in business block style, but you may if you'd wish.
This paper is due on May 8 with the rest of your final course
materials.
